Making New friends with Old Bethel UMC

The Rural Mission welcomed a wonderful group who came to the Mission for the first time with 27 great young people and adults. Old Bethel UMC has a long history of involving it youth in missions and outreach. During the week of June 15, this group gave of their love and talents to the Mcknight Family in Ravenel and to the Small Family and Roach Family in Hollywood. These enthusiastic volunteers became very close to the families and children they were helping, encouraging the children to join in and also playing with the younger children.

We thank them for their long journey, for their Christian love and we hope to see this group again next year!
