Mayfair UMC Brings their Joy!

Mayfair UMC has been coming to the Mission for about 10 years from Kingsport, Tenn. This year's group of 18 youth and adults includes many who have come for several trips to spread the message of God's love to those in need. Taking the meaning of missions and caring to heart is evident on their job sites, and the people that they have helped are so appreciative!

Among their projects during the week of June 8 were roof repairs, sheet rock installation and cleaning up the Headstart Center at New Webster UMC on Wadmalaw Island. They were hosted by Rev. Simmons and St. James UMC on Johns Island.
