Wesley Foundation Students from East Carolina U. Come for Spring Break!

The Mission was blessed by a hardworking group of 16 students and 4 adults who came to Johns Island during their Spring Break from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. They spent the week of March 9 working on several homes providing a badly needed new roof, new steps and new porches among other projects.

This was their first trip to the Rural Mission and Johns Island. The group obviously enjoyed each other and they thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the homeowners they came to help. They knew that their love and caring was very much appreciated. Faith and joy were experienced all around! We sincerely thank this group of giving students and adults and hope that they return when they can.
