Rural Missions

Thank you for your support at The Sea Island Celebration and Blues Benefit!

The Rural Mission is grateful to all our sponsors, donors and guests who enjoyed The Sea Island Celebration and Blues Benefit at Freshfields Commons at Seabrook Island on August 7.

A terrific time was enjoyed by everyone and their financial support of our outreach ministry is very appreciated.

Our special thanks to Alicia Cooper and her staff at Freshfields Village and the supporting merchants and businesses at Freshfields Village who make these events possible. Gary Erwin and Shrimp City Slim put on a terrific performance of Lowcountry Blues. Rose Freeman and her family prepared and served a remarkable dinner. The Rural Mission staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything went smoothly and all were welcomed. Our special thanks to the hard-working event volunteers from Church of Our Savior on Johns Island.

Pictures speak volumes of the good evening shared with friends!
